31st 2009. Artists between
18 and 30 years
old (celebrated before October
31st 2009) Design -
Students enrolled in the
following university courses: Architecture,
Art Academies, applied art
institutes. Designers between 18
and 30 years old
(celebrated before October 31st
2009) Architecture Engineering – Students
enrolled in Architecture or
Engineering university courses. Recent
graduates architects and engineers
who haven’t registered yet
in the Engineer Register
or in the Architect
Register. Students enrolled in
technical and art institutes
who have celebrated their
18th birthday before October
31st 2
